A three-year follow-up on a child with low level trisomy 8 mosaicism which was diagnosed prenatally

We report on a case of trisomy 8 mosaicism detected prenatally in a single clone of amniotic fluid culture, and confirmed on fetal blood and on peripheral lymphocytes after birth. A follow-up was performed over 3 years, showing a clinically normal female with cognitive, neuropsychological, and linguistic development in a normal range.     

Distribution characteristics of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria in the Typha latifolia constructed wetlands using fluorescent in situ hybridization(FISH)

A molecular biology method, fluorescent in situ hybridization（FISH）, in which the pre-treatment was improved in allusion to the media of the constructed wetlands（CW）, e.g. the soil and the grit, was used to investigate the vertical distribution characteristics of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria（AOB） quantity and the relation with oxidation-reduction potential（ORP） in the Typha latifolia constructed wetlands under three different Ioadings in summer from May to September. Results showed that the quantity of the AOB decreased in the Typha latifolia CW with the increase of vertical depth. However, the AOB quantity was 2-4 times the quantity of the control in the root area. Additionally, ORP in the rhizosphere was found to be higher than other areas, which showed that Typha latifolia CW was in an aerobic state in summer when using simulated non-point sewage at the rural area of Taihu Lake in China and small town combined sewage.

我校学生体育行为的调查研究

本文通过对我校03、04级学生的问卷调查，就我校学生的体育兴趣、体育课现状的态度、学校体育设置地满意程度、对教师工作的满意度等方面进行了调查分析；同时也对学生的体育行为进行了分析；并在调查研究的基础上对我国高校的体育指导思想和体育教学形式进行了反思，提出了以学生为本设计高校体育的教学形式及内容。     

Prenatal diagnosis of Chediak-Higashi syndrome

We report the first prenatal diagnosis of an affected fetus with Chediak-Higashi syndrome (CHS). Diagnosis was accomplished via fetal blood sampling at 17 menstrual weeks and was confirmed after birth. Retrospective measurement of the largest acid phosphatase-positive lysosomes in cultured amniotic fluid cells and chorionic villus cells showed that in CHS these lysosomes are significantly larger than those in normal cells. This method may be used for prenatal diagnosis of CHS by amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling (CVS).     

粉末活性炭-超滤膜处理黄浦江原水的研究

采用粉末活性炭与超滤膜联用技术处理黄浦江原水。试验表明．投加粉末活性炭不会造成膜过滤阻力的增加。粉末活性炭的投加量越多，膜过滤阻力也越小。粉末活性炭与膜联用能有效地提高有机物的去除效果。

广西近岸海域沉积物环境质量现状与评价

根据广西近岸海域海洋沉积物环境质量现状调查监测,分析了沉积物中Hg、Cd、Pb、Cu、Cr、As、有机碳、硫化物、石油类的含量;通过对2003和2004年监测数据进行适当的数理统计处理,采用单因子评价方法对广西近岸海域海洋沉积物评价、分析,为广西海洋环境管理提供一定的科学依据。     

环境介质中铊的分布和运移综述

本文综述了铊在岩矿石、土壤、植物、动物及大气等环境介质中的分布和运移机理及一些生物效应。在矿床中 ,铊主要分布在低温热液铊、铅、锌、锑、汞、砷等矿床中 ,铊的富集与其亲硫性及有机质密切相关 ,[TlCl4 ]-是铊迁移的主要形式。在土壤中 ,铊主要以水溶态、硫化物结合态、硅酸盐结合态和有机质结合态存在 ,水溶态的铊容易迁移。在植物中 ,铊的运移与钾在植物中的传输有关。在动物中 ,铊对各组织器官的亲和能力依次为 :肾 >睾丸 >脾 >前列腺 >毛发。在大气中 ,铊主要以TlF形式迁移     

尿氚的分析测量和氚人体半排期的实验研究

用液体闪烁计数法测定了本所老点核退役过程中直接和间接接触氚工作人员的尿样几十个 ,氚浓度在 1 0 2 ～ 1 0 5 Bq/L ,最大氚浓度为 2 7× 1 0 5 Bq/L ,折合剂量当量约为 0 1 9mSv。短期观测 2 3名人体氚半排期 ,其范围为 5 5～ 1 4 8d ,中期观测 5名人体氚半排期 ,其范围为 7 6～ 9 4d。 2 8名人员半排期不仅与理论值 1 0d接近 ,而且与国内外的观测值十分符合。
